As Engagement Sales Manager East you will ensure the implementation of the companys commercial strategy in the assigned geographical region according to the specifics of the activity.
He/she will:
Managing sales teams: Coordinates and monitors the work of the sales team in the assigned geographic region and actively contributes to the achievement of the set objectives
Monitors KPIs in line with the Edenred approved strategic plan
Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve the established objectives within their region. Contributes to optimizing interdepartmental processes by updating and improving internal procedures and workflows.
Manages the portfolio of assigned customers according to the companys segmentation
Identifies and capitalizes on new sales opportunities (up sell; cross sell constant promotion of the Benefit and Reward Gateway platform) among existing customers; informs other interested members of the sales department of identified opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis: Preparing sales reports and analyzing performance to assess progress toward set goals.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Working with marketing customer support and other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Participation in Events: Attending trade shows conferences and other events to promote the companys products and services
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
You have minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales field in tech or delivery industry/ financial/ banking/ telecommunication services and at least 3 years experience in employee management. You are graduated from a bachelors or masters degree in business management or a similar field. The ability to successfully hunt for sales is an essential skill. Being able to recognize the potential opportunities effectively communicate your pitch and close the deal are the key elements of a successful sales hunter.
You have demonstrated:
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead motivate and manage a sales team effectively
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data market trends and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive products is a plus
