Job Description
ElevatePartners are currently engaged on an exclusive basis with a well establishedglobal Asset Management firm who are currently looking to hire a Global Economistto join their experienced investment management team in London.
- Undertake fundamental economicanalysis / research to provide insight on the global asset and currency marketsover the short and medium terms
- Liaise with capital marketsresearch group providing economic input and direction to the quantitativeresearch effort.Direct contribution to such modeling efforts are alsoexpected
- Represent the economic outlookproduct and performance to clients as required
- Play a key role to the investment processof the firm
- Analysis and interpretation ofeconomic performance of the major global economies as input to the strategygroups decision making
Requirements
- A Financeor Economics degree
- Atleast 24 yrs experience in a Global Economist or Investment Strategist role
- Strongcommunication skills both written and verbal
- Comfortablepresenting to internal and external stakeholder
