What Youll Do:

  • Lead Inspire and Motivate Drive a highperforming sales team with servant leadership setting the example for professionalism integrity and customer service.

  • Drive Sales Performance Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue increase market share and achieve dealership goals.

  • Develop Top Talent Recruit train and mentor sales professionals to ensure a knowledgeable motivated and customerfocused team.

  • Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Process Improvement Optimize the sales process from lead generation to closing deals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaboration Work closely with other departments including Finance and Service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a leadership role within automotive sales.

  • A resultsdriven mindset with a passion for winning and achieving goals.

  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to coach and develop talent.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of automotive financing inventory management and digital sales strategies.
