As an Income Officer you will be responsible for the collection of a variety of different income streams; you will need to chase outstanding debts from organisations companies homeowners tenants and other individuals and you will maximise collection by ensuring prompt and effective action where debts remain unpaid.
This role will require you to have a good knowledge of service charge accounts rent collection and debt collection processes and solutions. It is a performance and target driven role focused on doing the right thing at the right time and delivering a consistent highquality service.
With lots of on the job learning and development the right person will have the opportunity to really thrive and support the team in continuing to be a sector leader in this area.
