As a Senior Business Development Representative in the Bedding Division youll be at the forefront of sales managing major accounts expanding business opportunities and driving revenue. Responsibilities:
Own and grow key accounts Build manage and expand relationships with major companies ensuring their needs are met while identifying new sales opportunities.
Drive new business opportunities Leverage your industry expertise and connections to open doors and develop strategic partnerships.
Develop winning account strategies Craft and execute account plans that keep us ahead of competitors.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams Work closely with design supply chain and production teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Be a trusted advisor Provide expert recommendations negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Stay ahead of market trends Represent the company at trade shows and industry events gaining insights to shape future sales strategies.
Manage sales forecasts and inventory Keep an eye on stock levels ensure accurate forecasting and help prevent obsolete inventory.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Sales leadership & relationship management You must have experience managing large accounts and know how to turn connections into longterm partnerships.
Strong business acumen You understand market trends customer needs and competitive landscapes to drive success.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills Youre a persuasive communicator who can close deals influence decisions and build lasting trust.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Textiles or a related field.
5 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management.
Proven track record in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
Previous experience in the textile industry furniture upholstery fabrics or related industry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to lift and transport sample bags (up to 50 Lbs.
Base Salary: $140000.00 $150000.00 DOE
OTE: $155000.00 $165000.00 No Cap
Location: Greensboro NC Area
