Job Description

Are you an experienced HR Advisor ready to take ownership and make a real impact in a growing mediumsized company Joining our small HR team you will play a key role in supporting around 200 employees across the organisation. Youll be pivotal in ensuring that we deliver efficient and effective HR support and that our HR practices are effective impactful and aligned with our business goals.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage and take ownership ofall HR administrative processes ensuring timely completion and accuracy
  • Coachand advisejunior managers on employee relations (ER) matters including absence management performance managementand flexible working
  • Driveemployee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • ImproveHR operational processes through continuous innovation and efficiency
  • Supportrecruitment efforts from coordination and interviews to onboarding

What Youll Bring:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role ideally in a mediumsized organisation
  • Experience of owning employee relations cases including absence management performance management and flexible working
  • Experience of supporting HR processes and recruitment activities endtoend
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to support stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive and analytical mindset to tackle problems and improve processes
  • The ability to work autonomously handling sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • A CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be an advantage
