About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you will play a key part in driving customer experience improvements across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements analyze data and develop solutions that enhance the customer journey. This includes supporting the recommendation for a companywide customer loyalty program as well as developing playbooks for replication of regional CX initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in business analysis and contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
2. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for targeted CX initiatives.
3. Communicate findings and make recommendations.
4. Lead and/or support the development and implementation of solutions (playbooks) to enhance customer experience including a companywide customer loyalty program.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. marketing sales operations) to ensure engagement alignment and successful performance of the project once deployed.
6. Support adhoc customer experience related activities as needed

1. Masters degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills spoken and written in English
4. Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Sheets Docs Slides).
5. Experience with Microsoft PowerBI customer experience principles and methodologies is a plus.
6. Knowledge of customer experience principles and methodologies is a plus.
7. Proficiency using GSheets (or MSExcel) for data analysis and presentation is a plus
