Job Description

We are seeking an Attorney in law school class yearsto join our Securities Enforcement litigation team. Candidates must have experience in securities enforcement regulatory investigations and compliance matters. Strong writing analytical skills and a deep understanding of securities law are required. Prior experience in securities enforcement and regulatory investigations is essential. The position offers opportunities to work on complex matters and interact with senior attorneys and clients.

Compensation:

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $260000 to $420000
  • Bonus: Performancebased discretionary
  • The salary within the range will depend on the candidates experience qualifications and operational considerations.

Candidate Parameters:
