Legal Assistant Litigation
Two fulltime positions are available in Qu bec City for legal assistants with 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation. Support experienced litigation partners within a wellestablished law firm. Hybrid work model collaborative culture and attractive working conditions.

Onsite presence required 2 days per week on Laurier Boulevard in Qu bec City.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and legal support to litigation professionals.
Draft revise and format various legal documents (procedures letters reports etc.).
Manage civil procedure deadlines and file court documents.
Prepare books of exhibits sources and authorities.
Manage files both physical and electronic.
Follow up with clients bailiffs experts and other stakeholders.
Handle monthly billing and generate various reports.
Actively participate in continuous improvement of internal processes.
What you will need to succeed:
Diploma in legal techniques or equivalent education.
3 to 5 years of experience in litigation.
Strong knowledge of civil procedure.
Excellent drafting and proofreading skills for legal documents.
Very good command of spoken and written French.
Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office Suite legal software).
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and thoroughness.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages (nice to have).
