GDS Link is seeking a talented Spanish Bilingual Business Development Rep in the US (Dallas) with business development experience working in B2B software sales. The ideal candidate will have high energy motivation to succeed and a proven ability in effective outreach leveraging team marketing efforts sales tools and other means to engage targeted B2B prospects.
Responsibilities:
Work with the regional sales and marketing team to develop and lead targeted campaigns from idea generation through to engagement
Research accounts identify key players generate interest in the GDS Link solution and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
Proactively organize and maintain the sales pipeline keeping detailed records of leads and prospect interactions.
Identify multiple personarelevant contacts per target account and facilitate multichannel outbound campaigns (e.g. email phone LinkedIn) ensuring messaging matches target persona
Track maintain and report lead generation activities (Salesforce and HubSpot)
Actively contribute and selfreport in regular individual and team sales meetings
Stay up to date with market developments industry trends competitor activities and value propositions

Tenacious mentality with 2 years of experience in business development and lead generation successfully prospecting and selfgenerating leads
B2B audience outreach experience to FinTech Banking and Financial Services sectors preferred with proven success meeting quotas and goals
Inquisitive to learn and open to creating and working with new ideas and methodologies
Experience in leveraging technology in the marketing and lead development process and maintaining an accurate database within Salesforce
Willingness to frequently work from our company office and collaborate with key stakeholders
Must successfully pass a thorough background check and have authorization to work in the home base country
