This pivotal role is dedicated to generating qualified leads for our Healthcare Solutions sales team. Youll be the initial point of contact for prospective clients igniting their interest in how our innovative solutions can address their specific healthcare challenges. This is purely a lead generation position focusing on the very first stages of the sales cycle though ample opportunities for growth are available for those looking to expand their career path within healthcare sales.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage proven prospecting techniques to initiate contact with prospective new clients across the healthcare industry including hospitals clinics managed care organizations pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare providers and generating interest in our business solutions.
- Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and effectively position the value proposition of our healthcare products and services to entice prospects to learn more through a discovery meeting.
- Conduct online research to better understand the prospects specific healthcare business objectives and pain points to optimally position our solutions.
- Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for healthcare accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop a list of target healthcare prospects.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects providing a top-class customer experience from the very first interaction.
- Effectively and smoothly transition a qualified warm lead to an Sales Rep following the initial discovery meeting.
- Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to lead generation ensuring accurate and timely documentation of interactions with healthcare prospects.
- Meet regularly with Sales Leaders to evaluate and refine lead generation strategies for the healthcare market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business Communication Healthcare Science Nurse or related field.
- Experience within the healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner.
- Must be goal-oriented persuasive self-motivated and an independent worker.
- Experience with cold calling techniques and the use of Salesforce CRM technology to organize track and document activity.
- Candidates must be comfortable using multiple techniques and channels for reaching their contact points including but not limited to email phone social media mail etc.
- Ability to position different RRDs services to the different contact points within the same prospect account.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Results driven persistent and persuasive.
- Excellent telephone ales and prospecting skills.
- Understands how to solve business needs.
- Resilient and able to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner.
Additional Information :
RRDs current salary range for this role is $43900 to $77200 / year. The salary range may be adjusted
based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee and the range may change in the
future. At RRD it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and
compensation decisions may vary based upon but not limited to education skills experience proficiency
performance shift and location. Depending on the role in addition to base salary the total compensation
package may also include participation in a bonus commission or incentive program. RRDs benefit
