Primary Purpose:
The primary duties for the position are to provide administrative support for high producing senior mortgage loan officers and producing managers. It also entails assisting in the pipeline management in excess of $100 million and/or two or more mortgage loan officers. The position is responsible for facilitating and completing mortgage applications as well as tracking mortgage applications and closings in accordance with Salem Five policy and regulatory guidelines. The position performs work that affects business operations to a substantial degree by ensuring more business opportunities are converted into applications and commits Salem Five in matters that have significant financial impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual in English/Spanish. Word Excel and mortgage loan processing software skills required; strong time management and organizational skills required; excellence in customer service and communication skills required; ability to work in a team oriented service driven environment; mortgage lending knowledge NMLS certification; and 5 years mortgage lending experience.
