Job Description

Fusion HCR is hiring! Leadership Development Coordinator Direct Hire in Las Vegas NV.

The Leadership Development Specialist is a key role supporting the Leadership Development department by managing daytoday operations coordinating projects and overseeing program logistics. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities from organizing calendars travel arrangements and preparing materials for leadership programs. Serves as a superuser for Workday HCM and other platforms assisting in data analysis resource development and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and program delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as superuser administrator for online learning platforms Workday HCM and Blanchard Exchange providing adminlevel oversight and helping build and maintain aspects of the Learning and Talent tenants in Workday (WD). Assist with departmentwide initiatives tracking progress and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Training Communications and Marketing to submit and track resource requests ensuring consistent messaging branding and distribution of learning materials. Assist in creating and organizing program materials such as agendas handouts presentations and Canva training guides for WD and other Learning and Development programming.
  • Oversee logistics for training sessions conferences and leadership development events including venue coordination attendee communication and vendor management. Provide handson support during events including setup and breakdown of leadership development activities. Coordinate postevent tasks such as collecting feedback and distributing followup materials. Maintain inventory levels of program supplies.
  • Take on routine tasks such as file organization data entry and report generation to free up team members for higherlevel priorities. Maintain accurate records of program logistics and key metrics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage scheduling for the Leadership Development team including appointments meetings and conferences. Arrange travel accommodations and prepare detailed itineraries for team members and leadership. Handle daytoday administrative tasks such as answering inquiries processing expenses and managing communications on behalf of the team.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma GED or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three 3 years of experience with executive assisting program/event coordination and project support or a combination thereof required.
  • Minimum of three 3 years in a learning and development or organizational development supporting role preferred.
  • Minimum of two 2 years of experience with Workday HCM required.
  • Minimum of one 1 year of experience with Blanchard Exchange preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva. Knowledge of Articulate Rise 360 and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel; Office 365 Teams experience with Smartsheet preferred.
  • Proficiency in using presentation software.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Advanced proactivity time management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced assessment analytical critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude; dependable require minimal supervision.
