Reports to: Chief People Officer
Title: Vice President Total Rewards
Location: Flexible (near one of the 23 campus locations)
Position Overview:
The Vice President of Total Rewards will lead the design and implementation of equitable and competitive programs to align with Per Scholas mission and strategic goals. This role will report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and manage the organizations wellness initiatives compensation management analysis administration rewards and benefits strategy and administration. In alignment with the organizational people strategy The VP of Compensation & Benefits will ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent to drive organizational results in an environment of professional development psychological safety wellness & equity.

For this role specifically we target $125000 with a salary range of $115000 $125000. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors including the selected candidates geography and alignment with qualifications and experience.
