Job Duties:
- Oversee work crew and monitor day to day performance
- Organize and delegate workers tasks
- Continuously monitor workers for performance and identify areas of improvement
- Establish and maintain GFL culture of Save for Life and ensure workers performance is in line with expectations
- Monitor schedule and project milestones
- Provide on the job training and mentor workers
- Intervene and coach workers on policies and procedures
Experience and Qualifications:
Leadership and team management skills
Attention to detail
Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge and expertise in industrial/chemical cleaning
Timemanagement and organizational skills
Ability to motivate a team
Requires class 5 license class 1 or 3 are an asset
Working Conditions:
Able to work nightshifts and up to 12 hour shifts including in inclement weather.
Able to work at heights and enter confined spaces
Capable of standing for long durations climb stairs and ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
