About the role
Your tasks will include:
- Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of channels
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process: creating job ads screening job applications phone interviews video screening candidate testing conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.
- Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
- Provide a worldclass candidate experience
- Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
- Spread the Fever message through attending virtual job fairs emeetups etc.
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

About you
- 2 years of experience preferably including inhouse within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fastgrowing tech environment is a plus.
- Proven success in delivering outstanding international Tech hires (backend frontend mobile product managers data engineers)
- High English level fluent Spanish level other languages are a plus.
- Residence in Spain
- Experience working with ATS systems
- A solid understanding of Fevers vision business model and operations.
- Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships.
