Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist for a temporary onemonth assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills 50 words per minute) a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into systems and databases
- Review and verify data for completeness and correctness
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform data cleanup and quality assurance tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and any issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute or higher (testing may be required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation:
Up to $35/hour depending on experience
Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a typing test.
