About the Role

The Operations Assistant plays a vital role in providing highlevel administrative support to company leaders ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and fostering effective time management. Acting as a gatekeeper and liaison the Executive Assistant manages schedules communications and critical tasks allowing the executive to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive detailoriented and highly organized with exceptional interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 35 years in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (preferred but not always required)
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher) and willingness to learn our key internal systems (EAutomate PowerBI Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proactive resourceful and detailoriented with a problemsolving mindset
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week at our Middletown CT offices
  • Hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday
