Job Description
Lyle Machinery Co. has been a diversified equipment dealer over 35 years. Founded and located in the heart of Mississippi we continue to service communities all over the South. Weve added a location just down the road from our Headquarters in Richland Mississippi dedicated especially to Parts & Service. With several locations across MS AL LA FL and TX LMC performs service and repairs both onsite and in the field in addition to the sales leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment.
Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 7 years but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom weve partnered. As we continue to grow we are looking for selfmotivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner.
Due to our tremendous growth we are looking to add to our Sales team.
- 3 years success in an Outside Sales Rep role in construction equipment industry
- Bachelors degree in related studies is preferred
- Proven track record of growing the business thru strategic plan
- Must be skilled with Microsoft office including excel
- Must be able to use our operating system (CDK) our CRM and manufacturer websites
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
