Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic gogetters. This is a fulltime position based at our fabrication facility in Pickering ON Canada.
We are looking for a strategic marketing and communications professional to lead and execute highimpact marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and engagement for Worley Technology Solutions. This position has an inoffice requirement of 2 days per week.
- Develop and drive an annual marketing plan that aligns Worley Technology Solutions with Worleys global marketing strategy driving the creation planning and of a yearlong program that aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Craft compelling and targeted messaging for various platforms including LinkedIn Worley press releases email campaigns and other communications ensuring consistency with the brands voice and technical accuracy.
- Support the development and implementation of social media content calendars scheduling posts and monitoring performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
- Assist in the planning and of events and conferences coordinating logistics liaising with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of promotional material.
- Support the sales team by building your knowledge and understanding of our solution portfolio translating technical information into compelling marketing messages.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives providing insights and recommendations to achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the planning scheduling and of graphic design projects for Technology Solutions ensuring that all projects are on plan and on brand.
What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Strong background in global marketing strategy and communications ideally within the technology sector.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive copy.
- Exceptional communication skills collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proactive organized detailoriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work across time zones as some stakeholders are in Europe.
- Available for occasional travel.
Education Qualifications Accreditation Training
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
