Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Marketing the Brand & Events Marketing Specialist owns and maintains the corporate and product brand guidelines and executes the branding and communication strategy and deliverables for Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Delta IBT). This includes taking lead in email marketing ad campaigns social media and other outwardfacing channels to ensure onbrand messaging and content. This role also organizes and leads customerfacing events including Delta IBTs Global Conference trade shows and award programs and acts as the key point of contact for attendees vendors and internal stakeholders. We seek an organized detailoriented team player who enjoys contributing creative ideas while collaborating on projects that drive brand awareness supports sales growth and product adoption while enhancing customer experience.

Salary: $65k $70k
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Owns and maintains the brand guidelines document to ensure brand alignment across all marketing content and channels
- Develops and executes an annual quarterly and monthly communications schedule that effectively promotes the unique value propositions of the corporate and product brands through email social media and other brand channels
- Research paid digital marketing opportunities on social and web to implement campaigns to enhance and support the communications schedule and strategy
- Facilitates regular communications from the internal enterprise stakeholder groups to the partner network and other external stakeholders including updates on products pricing training and other pertinent products ensuring consistent onbrand messaging
- Collaborates and works closely with the Product Marketing Specialist to publish key brand assets for sales enablement communications support and promotion
- Organizes coordinates and implements customerfacing events and tradeshows including the biannual Global Conference (taking place every 18 24 months) and maintains the Marketing events calendar
- Secure contract and maintain a network of reputable and reliable vendors to facilitate and implement sales and marketing deliverables for events and tradeshows.
- Executes repeatable scalable process outlined by the Director of Marketing in order to grow the volume of brand communications that foster production adoption and partner growth
- Track and maintain monthly/annual KPIs analytics in a dashboard report to measure the success of brand efforts
Job Requirements
- Professional and goaloriented
- Excellent communication skills (verbal written and presentation) coupled with strong interpersonal skills both in oneonone and in group settings.
- Intermediate to expert skills in email marketing and Constant Contact
- Intermediate experience in paid digital marketing; AdWords/PPC Remarketing/Retargeting LinkedIn Ads
- Intermediate experience in social media marketing with working knowledge of Hootsuite
- Organization and event planning skills essential with working knowledge of the WebEx Events app a plus
- Working knowledge of SharePoint as a tracking/list and document sharing tool
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat an asset
- Working knowledge of the WordPress CMS platform and backend admin
- Collaborative egoless attitude with a focus on success of the brand and team
- A calm confident attitude that is respectful of personal and professional boundaries
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant experience.
- Business or marketingrelated degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing deliverables.
- Understanding of the international needs of a worldwide client base.
- Proven experience in executing successful brand and communication campaigns
- Experience with relevant software applications.
