Position Summary
The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between content partners and internal teams ensuring seamless project timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing localization and fulfillment projects handling administrative and financial tasks and identifying opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Role and Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Account Management
Manage Fulfillment and Subtitling projects ensuring smooth from development to delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments.
Ensure effective communication and agility to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Monitor project progress ensuring completion on schedule and within budget.
Identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to improve workflows.
Oversee compliance with all client specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with QC teams to report and resolve content issues.
Work closely with international teams to facilitate global distribution and sales.
Support internal screenings special events and content deliveries for partners.
Administrative & Financial Tasks
Maintain project records in the management platform including costs and billing details.
Oversee monthly invoicing and payment tracking for clients.
Handle client onboarding including proforma creation and documentation.
Process credit memo requests and vendor payments.
Maintain daily trackers for workflow monitoring.
Manage SAP orders supplier costs and invoice reception.
Business Development & Client Relations
Prepare and manage client budgets and pricing strategies.
Conduct monthly followups to identify upcoming projects and client needs.
Assist in client acquisition by expanding project scopes across Fulfillment and Access services.
Negotiate with vendors to optimize project costs and profitability.
Identify and source new suppliers to improve service offerings.
Technical & Operational Support
Handle material downloads transcoding and supplier scheduling.
Ensure smooth content delivery and adherence to technical specifications.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a background in audiovisual film production fulfillment or postproduction as well as:
Experience with Fulfillment Subtitling or Localization processes is a plus.
Strong project management organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite SAP and Aspera.
Business proficiency in English is required.
