Engages in patient care in the Emergency Trauma Center (ETC) and other settings using specialized knowledge judgment and skills. Conducts examinations of the ETC patients to assess and respond to the patients condition. Works under the oversight of a supervisory physician.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Licenses and Certifications Required
Current ND Board Physician Assistant License required.
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training with certification every two 2 years preferred.
ACLS certification with certification every two 2 years preferred.
Educational Requirements
Education as required to obtain and keep current ND Physician Assistant license.
Experience Requirements
Extensive knowledge of established professional medical concepts principals and practices required.
Experience in specialized medical areas preferred.
