Job Description
GA Regional Hospital through Whitestone Healthcare
Hospital Address: 1915 Eisenhower Dr Savannah GA 31406
Pay and Benefits:
$40 per hour (local)
$44 per hour 50 miles)
Paid every Friday
Insurance is available for FullTime Employees (must work a minimum of 30 hours per week)
Shift:
12 hour days and nights 7a730p 7p730a
Must work every other weekend
Must Work 1 major summer and 1 major winter holiday
Term: LongTerm Placement
Interview: Phone Interview
Orientation: 1st and 16th of every month (if the 1st or 16th falls on a weekend or holiday orientation will be the next business day) from 8am5pm.
Job Description: Provide care treatment and general welfare of patients. May supervise the work of others and act as Charge Nurse/Shift Supervisor when needed. Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for initiative and independent nursing judgment. Performs Nursing duties within the assigned areas and assigned shifts. Performs basic and complex nursing tasks to fulfill the health needs of the individuals including the collection of lab work and other health screenings. Keeps informed of and follows all agency facility and unit policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Must pass Drug Screen and Fingerprint
Must have at least 1 year of Corrections/Psych experience
Credential Requirements:
Active Nursing License
Current American Heart Association BLS
Current TB (if you have a positive TB Chest Xray is required)
