Service Title: Textile Sorting & Baling Specialist
Reports to: North Idaho Distribution Manager/Asst. Manager
Who we are looking for: Were seeking a dedicated and organized individual who is enthusiastic about making a difference through clothing sorting and baling. If you have an eye for detail enjoy working behind the scenes and are passionate about sustainability this role is perfect for you.
What you will be doing:
Are detailoriented and can efficiently sort and categorize clothing items that are store quality from rags.
Have a knack for organization and can handle and prepare items for baling.
Possess a positive attitude and are committed to supporting our mission through handson tasks.
Enjoy teamwork and are ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Have a commitment to sustainability ensuring that clothing is managed responsibly and effectively.

Why is this job needed/important: The Idaho Youth Ranch one of the oldest nonprofit agencies in Idaho relies on dedicated volunteers to drive our mission forward. We come together to support Idahos youth by offering accessible programs and services that foster hope healing and resilience. By assisting with clothing sorting and baling youll play a crucial role in managing our donations effectively. Your efforts will help streamline our operations ensuring that clothing is sorted and prepared efficiently for resale or recycling.
