Under general supervision of the Program Manager this position works with families and healthcare providers of Potter and Randall Counties. Responsibilities include providing vaccine assisting health care providers and other clinic duties. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provides compassionate quality patient care to patients. Maintains all necessary licensing and credentials. Provide immunizations via the mobile unit and the clinics fixed location. Maintains appropriate patient documentation. Provides information to clients families and providers on the purpose of ImmTrac and the importance of maintaining complete immunization histories in the registry. Educates clients and families on public health clinical services for their children. Conducts health fares for providers schools and other community groups. Conducts fieldwork as needed to interact with clients. Assists with vaccine management. Performs clerical duties including data entry managing the file storage system and making copies of forms for clients. Assists health care providers across Amarillo and Canyon who participate in the Texas Vaccines for Children TVFC program. Assists clerk with registering patients as needed. Documents any technical assistance followup compliance visits or unannounced visits as required. Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Also requires the ability to make rational decisions and preform repetitive motions.
Required Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a graduate of an accredited LVN program and licensed within the State of Texas. A minimum of two 2 years of nursing related experience is required. A valid Texas drivers license is required.
