Location: Reside Seattle Downtown
Schedule: Friday Monday 12:00pm 11:00pm *Schedules may change based on business needs. May include holidays and alternate workdays or hours as needed.

The Front Desk Lead is responsible for providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests during checkin throughout their stay and at checkout while maximizing room revenue and occupancy in addition to providing training coaching and support to the front desk team to further these responsibilities.
What youll be doing:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position requires regular training and coaching of the Front Desk Agent team on all aspects of the guest experience and hotel operation.
May also provide crosstraining for staff.
Travel:
What youll bring:
College course work in a related field is helpful.
2 Years of experience in a hotel front desk role.
3 years supervisory experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Computer experience required.
Customer Services experience preferred.
What we are looking for:
Flexible and long hours are sometimes required.
Light work Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to stand during the entire shift.
Work Environment:
Usual office working conditions. This position will have desk space with a computer and a phone. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones personal interruptions and background noises.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit talk and listen. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. The employee must have the ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse and the ability to dial answer and talk on a telephone. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. This job requires the ability to occasionally work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; boxes documents and/or other items.
