Job Description
Are you passionate about education and looking to kickstart your career in education Education World is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in a local school in Blyth. As a Teaching Assistant youll have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
- Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and guidance.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning activities.
- Passion for education and a desire to support student learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational settings.
- L2 and Above qualification in a relevant field to education (Supporting Teaching and Learning Childcare Early Years Education etc)
- Opportunity to work in various short and long term roles across Newcastle and Northumberland gaining valuable experience in different educational environments.
