Responsibilities
- Providesstrategic communications consultation on companywide initiatives which includes research planning and of initiatives.
- Supports inperson and virtual events and internal committees.
- Builds and maintains relationships with numerous internal clients.
- Publisheson PCLs intranet and supportsinternal communications platforms and products.
- Creates compelling written and visual content for PCLs communication channels and award applications working closely with the Creative Services team to meet video and graphic design requirements.
- Understands PCLs brand and apply branding (language and visual elements) to communication products.
Qualifications
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. communications marketing or public relations).
- A minimum of five years in communications and/or public relations.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Writes compelling content that can be adapted for a variety of mediums.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Adobe creative software such as InDesign and Photoshop is considered an asset.
