Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications initiatives. This role involves creating coordinating and managing content across various communication channels assisting with public relations efforts and ensuring consistent messaging throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills a strategic mindset and a passion for effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Draft edit and proofread internal communications press releases newsletters and company announcements
Coordinate communication campaigns in collaboration with multiple departments
Maintain and update communication calendars and content schedules
Assist with event planning presentations and promotional materials
Monitor and analyze communication performance and provide regular reports
Ensure brand consistency in all messaging and materials
Support executive communications and companywide updates
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Acrobat)
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
