The position will report into the Healthy Paws AVP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management:Creation and optimization of Healthy Paws email marketing campaignsensuringconsistencyinbrandmessagingandachievingstrategicgoalsincluding creating blocks/templates HTML asset coordination QA segmentation building and scheduling.
- Email Scheduling:Comanage and execute master Email marketing calendar to create moretargetedcampaigns.
- Marketing Automation & Integration:Master the use of marketing technology for efficientcampaigndelivery.
- Optimize Email Creative and Templates:Work in partnership with Marketing Team and External Vendors and design partners to optimize Email creative blocks and templates based on performanceandinsightsaswellasbestpracticesand ensuringitalignswithourbrandvoice andobjectives.(VariousformatsincludetextHTMLcustom.
- Data & Analytics:Manage and segment customer databases for targeted campaigns employ A/B testing for continuous improvement and monitor campaign performance drive optimizations. Developatestingcalendarandreportthatincludessubjectlinemessage content CTAs customer cohorts segments send time and new features intended to drive performance lift. Ensuring all utms and link alias are placed within emails for thorough data analyzing.
- Compliance&BestPractices:Keepabreastofglobaldataprivacylawsandemail/SMS marketing regulations ensuring all campaigns are compliant and reflect industry best practices.
- Budget Management: Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts analyzing variances and making recommendations for optimization.
- Affiliates/Aggregators: Leverage established partnerships to further grow these channels to drive new enrollments.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in marketingbusinessorrelatedfield.
- Minimumof5years experienceinretention & acquisitionmarketingCRMorrelatedrolespreferably within the ecommerce sector.
- Proficiencyinemail/SMSmarketingplatformslikeSalesforceandMarketowithastrong track record in driving successful marketing initiatives.
- Indepthknowledgeofandexperiencewithemail/SMSregulations(GDPRCCPATCPA CASL) deliverability and best practices.
- DemonstratedexperiencewithanalyticsHTML/CSSA/BTestingandfamiliarwithAdobe Creative Suite.
- Creativeproblemsolverwithexceptionalprojectmanagementanalyticalpresentationand technical skills.
- Knowledge of Affiliate & Aggregator channel marketing.
- Highly motivatedand capableofworkingboth independentlyand as part ofa diverseteam whiledemonstratinghighlyeffectiveinterpersonalandcommunication(writtenandverbal) skills.
