Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager – Compliance to lead and elevate our compliance framework in line with regulatory expectations. The incumbent will be a key liaison between the NBFC and the regulatory ecosystem ensuring proactive compliance internal preparedness and governance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end compliance for RBI-regulated NBFC operations.

Ensure continued compliance with AML IRDA and PMLA regulations.

Drive collaboration across departments (HR Risk Finance Operations) for policy creation implementation and review.

Own the development monitoring and revision of compliance policies at strategic intervals.

Ensure timely disclosures as mandated under Companies Act SEBI LODR and other regulatory statutes.

Manage communication and coordination during RBI inspections and ensure closure of audit findings.

Provide expert interpretation of new and existing RBI circulars and advise management on implications.

Oversee closure of customer complaints especially those received via regulatory authorities.

Design and execute a robust compliance testing framework.

Serve as the primary advisor on regulatory and compliance matters at a senior level.
