Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Unsecured Business Loan
Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: Up to 18 LPA
Experience: 8–10 years (Mandatory experience in Unsecured Business Loans)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our Unsecured Business Loan vertical in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have deep market knowledge an established network and a strong track record in sales performance within the unsecured lending space.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth in the Unsecured Business Loan segment
Develop and manage a high-performing sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs channel partners and clients
Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience:
8–10 years of experience in unsecured business loan sales
Ability to handle Ahmedabad and surrounding region independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
