Job Description
As a recruiter at Destiny Healthcare Services Inc you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great caregivers for our clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You will also be required to split the work week between 2 different locations Aurora/Joliet)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate designated software
- Source and recruit candidates
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and welldocumented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Properly Scan and upload any documents presented during the hiring process
- Regularly update employee files according to the state policies
Requirements:
- Previous Office setting experience REQUIRED
- Bilingual English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decisionmaking skills.
- Self driven
- Organization Skills
- Able to split work week between Aurora and Joliet locations
