RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans and places orders and monitors supply needs to meet customer demand without increasing back stock

Ensures the serviceoriented and enthusiastic attitude of all teammates holds teammates accountable for their roles

Works with the teamLead Coach Captainand merchandising team to ensure appropriate product mix

Ensures quality product through rotation date coding credits quality checks and smart use of back stock

Delivers awesome clean displays and executes marketing pricing and signage plan

Train and holds team mates accountable creating a motivated and high performing team

Monitors performance with Leadand acts upon the development needs of every teammate

Ensures department organization safety and cleanliness

Recognizes a job well done and celebrates success with the team

Works alongside teammates to order receive stock and rotate

Ensures full compliance with all store and company policies and legal regulations

Masters systems and technologies provided and trains teammates to do the same

Executes and organized and efficient store receiving process including tracking deliveries invoices and reconciliation to the purchase journal

Ensures a high level of performance from all teammates

Tracks and reviews shrink to improve department P&L

Initiates and follows up on all vendor credits

Drive sales by executing the sales plan and ensuring team provides outstanding customer service

Monitors and implements risk management procedures (food and employee safety and emergency procedures)
