Job Description

We are working with a Core Infrastructure Equity firm in Munich who are now expanding its investment team and hiring an Investment Associate. The Infrastructure strategy will focus on Core plus and value add transactions across areas such as Energy Transition Sustainable Transport Digital Connectivity and Social Infra.

The Role:
  • Supporting the Investment team in the sourcing analysis and due diligence of investment opportunities
  • Providing/supporting topdown research of companies industries and economies
  • Supporting monitoring of existing investments and reporting to investors
  • Writing of investment memos and presentations
  • Supporting ongoing asset management of existing investments


Requirements

  • University degree in Finance Engineering Mathematics
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in investment banking / M&A / Project Finance etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of finance and corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling and writing skills
  • Excellent English is required
