Key Responsibilities:
- To monitorprojectprogress communicate updates to stakeholders and ensure accurate schedules and software systems for all ongoingprojects. as necessary including
- Be responsible for creating an appropriate work breakdown structure for allprojects.
- Assist the Operations Director andProjectManagers in general tasks.
- Work closely with theProjectManagement team and other teams such as Procurement and Engineering to ensureProjectand Engineering Schedules are accurate.
- Monitorprojectprogress against the plan making suggestions on how to expedite and improve the timeline.
Person Specification:
- PC literate with experience of Word Excel Projects.
- P6 Project Management Software desirable
- Positive & professional attitude.
- Organised diligent and has an attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative to assess manage and resolve problems/issues.
- Good time management and a strong delivery performance
- Have an open mind to change and be flexible to different situations.
- Ability to take on responsibility as the business grows
