The Job
The Maintenance Assistant (Painter) will support the and assist in development and implement the communities maintenance policies and procedures in an efficient costeffective manner to safely meet residents needs in compliance with federal state and local requirements

Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform jobrelated duties
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment (minimum of 1 year); preferably in long term care
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Supportive and compassionate
- Take pride in providing high quality care
MustHaves for Role
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical school achievement a plus
- Hospital or healthcare experience for at least 1 year in maintenance a plus
