In this role you will:
Process and manage customer orders: capture orders in various formats process them and manage any changes proactively. Handle enquiries and queries related to the ordertodelivery (OTD) process.
Manage customer portfolio: capture and process orders manage changes and ensure ontimeinfull delivery. Aim to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.
Prepare and enhance customer reports: create required reports and improve reporting quality. Ensure timely periodic reporting (daily weekly monthly quarterly) as per expectations.
Resolve enquiries and delivery queries: address and resolve enquiries promptly. Communicate progress and outcomes to interested parties.
Communicate with crossfunctional teams: engage daily with local Business Units Logistics & Distribution Accounts Receivable Planning Category Managers Marketing Managers EDI team and Master Data.
Develop and maintain relationships: build and maintain relationships with relevant markets and major customers. Support team members with daily tasks when needed and develop action plans to resolve operational issues.
