Superintendent WoodFrame MultiFamily Construction Sechelt BC
A project in Sechelt BC requires an experienced Superintendent with expertise in WoodFrame MultiFamily construction. The role offers competitive compensation relocation support to Vancouver Island and an abovemarket benefits package.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $130000 $140000 based on experience
- $1800 monthly Living Out Allowance
- $10000 relocation fee

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage subtrades and suppliers resolving issues as they arise
- Work with the project management team to align budget and schedule
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships working with architects and consultants
- Use Microsoft and webbased tools for project documentation including reports schedules and expense tracking
- Monitor and manage project budgets identifying costsaving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafe BC regulations and enforce site safety protocols
Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent managing WoodFrame MultiFamily projects from start to finish
- Fulltime work eligibility in Canada
- Strong understanding of construction practices drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of BC safety regulations and experience enforcing them onsite
- Ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
- Experience with project management software is an asset
