The Site Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential locations for business expansion or projects. This role requires a proactive individual with strong research and negotiation skills to secure optimal sites that align with the organizations strategic goals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for business development
- Sourcing potential site and review
- Analysis surrounding site market and competitor data to assess site viability
Negotiation and Acquisition
- Negotiate lease terms purchase agreements and other siterelated contracts
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the acquisition process
- Collaborate with legal teams to finalize contracts and agreements
Reporting and documentation
- Internal paperwork and management of process including approval papers
- Translation and review of Thai legal documents
- Handover process between landlords to Management or contractor
- Coordinate with others Dept (Marketing and Ops Support)
- Ensure all documentation related to site acquisition is complete and properly file
Other
- Monitor ongoing site developments and ensure timely handovers
- Address any issues that arise during or after the acquisition process
