Academy Soccer Coach

Challenger understands that players coaches parents and administrators all have different needs and priorities and by listening to our customers for over 25 years we have created a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game. Challenger Sports is owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer people in the country and our team of 9 offices and 100 full time staff now provides a comprehensive range of Soccer services and products:

Academy Coach Role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve

Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages 216 years old)
Logbooks: keeping track of your hours & sessions
Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans
Communication: to all parents/ players within our registration programs
Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on inclemental weather

Compensation

$20$35 gross per hour based on qualifications & experience.

Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.

Times

The sessions will be in the evenings Mon to Fri & during the day on weekends.

Requirements

Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.

Must have experience working with children.

All staff must pass a rigorous background check.

The vast majority of positions require your own transport.

Must have work authorization to work in the USA.

Challenger Sports is the nations leading provider of soccer camps and clinics and were looking to expand our nationwide Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.

What is TinyTykes

TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 26. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor social and psychological skills.

What is the Challenger Soccer Academy

Challenger Soccer Academy offers professional yearround coaching to recreation and/or competitive players and teams aged 5 18 years old.
