Position Summary

The Coachella Valley Firebirds and Acrisure Arena are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Ambassador to help build and grow relationships within the Coachella Valley community. This position is designed for a local wellconnected individual who thrives in social settings enjoys networking and is deeply invested in the success of the Firebirds and the arena. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the Firebirds Acrisure Arena and the Coachella Valley community attending events building business connections and driving ticket sales premium memberships and overall brand visibility.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $20 and will also be eligible to earn monthly sales commission.

Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until March 31 2025.

About the Venue

Acrisure Arena

Americas hottest music festival destination finally has the worldclass arena it deserves. Now open the brand new Acrisure Arena provides the greater Palm Springs area of Southern California with a premiere 11000 capacity venue hosting the biggest artists and acts on the planet. We are #TheCoolestSpot in the desert designed specifically for hockey and acoustically designed for concerts Acrisure Arena provides toptier hospitality artist amenities and all of the benefits of a modern music and sports venue to the Coachella Valley.

Responsibilities

  • Community Engagement & Networking:
    • Attend local events games and community functions to represent the Coachella Valley Firebirds and Acrisure Arena.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders businesses and organizations in the Coachella Valley.
    • Utilize your local connections to generate new business opportunities including ticket sales and premium memberships
  • Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential members through community engagement and networking.
    • Actively generate and nurture sales leads and connect them with the appropriate team members for further followup.
    • Represent the Firebirds and Acrisure Arena at local events to drive awareness and build the brand.
  • Collaborative Support:
    • Work closely with the Firebirds and Acrisure Arena sales and marketing teams to help implement business development strategies and events.
    • Support in the coordination of fan experiences VIP events and group ticket sales for local businesses and organizations.
    • Act as a liaison between local community members and our sales representatives to ensure followthrough and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Local Connections: Strong network within the Coachella Valley including relationships with local business owners influencers community leaders and residents.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales business development or customer relationship management preferably in the sports entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Outgoing Personality: Friendly approachable and confident with a natural ability to engage and inspire people.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively to individuals and groups.
  • SelfMotivated: Highly motivated and goaloriented with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the sales team.
