Job Description
$4000 salary per month during first 90 days of training then plus Bonus!

Our Client Advisorsare the foundation of our guest experience by providing a seamless fun and simple buying process. Theyhandle the entire car buying experience from the moment the guest walks in the dooror from the moment they call or email for questions. $4000 Salary plus bonus! We pay our Client Advisors onsalarynotcommission. We feel this provides both our employees and guests with a nonpressure environment.
Requirements for this position include but not limited to:
- Operating numerous technology platforms to interact with guests
- Answering guest calls and providing a great conversational experience
- Scheduling your own appointments
- Assist each guest as they move through the buying journey
- Present warranty and protection products
- Facilitate an exciting test drive experience
- Be knowledgeable in the manufacturer car line
- Continual guest followup and engagement
- Overall conduct a positive guest experience that redefines the car industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Excellent Communication/Phone Skills
- Extrovert Personality Goal driven. Someone who loves setting goals and working in a performancedriven environment.
- Teachable Must be willing to learn and grow. This job will stretch you and you must be willing (and hopefully excited) to learn and grow in your ability to sell over the phone.
- Demonstrate a professional enthusiastic and friendly attitude with any potential client/customer or team member.
- Organized multitasked selfmotivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individuallyassigned tasks in a fastpaced dynamic environment where superior timemanagement and prioritization skills are essential and required.
- Extremely Proficient with Internet/Computer Skills
- High standard of integrity Honest Capable and Teachable
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass preemployment tests to include background checks drug test and valid drivers license.
