Salary range $80000.00 $95000.00. The offered salary is evaluated using internal equity job knowledge skills experience and other key factors.

Bachelors degree in human resources business or related field and minimum of five 5 years of benefits and leave administration experience or equivalent education and years of experience.
Exceptional organization and project management skills and attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
Strong knowledge of selffunded/stop loss market as well as level and fully insured.
Able to pass a preemployment drug test which includes testing for (medical cards are not acceptable)
Your Take Off will be successful by doing the following with excellence:
Lead the organizations health and welfare benefits wellness programs workers compensation and leave administration.
Assist with the evaluation of benefit plan design and selection of benefit carriers.
Oversee Workday benefits functionality including system configuration employee enrollments/changes premium calculations and vendor integrations.
Plan and coordinate annual benefits open enrollment.
Plan and coordinate wellness programs.
Collaborate with internal communications team to draft key employee communication aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of benefits and wellness programs.
Administer all leave programs (Short Term Disability FMLA Parental Military etc. in accordance with internal policies and applicable state and federal laws.
Coordinate with management to develop plans for restrictions and return to work accommodations.
Administer workers compensation claims in accordance with applicable OSHA and workers compensation laws including reporting claims claim acceptance/denial coordinating claims with FMLA.
Manage relationships with all benefits workers compensation and leave third party service providers.
Administers postaccident and random drug testing programs.
Serves as backup for payroll processing.
Performs related work as required.
