Job Description
The Colony Bay Club is excited to announce the reopening of the Bay Club! The Food Runner is integral to the guest experience. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
This job is Evenings only.
$20.00 $30.00 / hour
Essential Duties:
- Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service
- Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
- Suggests and serves dessert coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary
- Keeps tables dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organized
- Polishes Silverware and Glassware as needed
- Performs cleanup and closing procedures as assigned by manager
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Qualifications Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Must be dependable and on time for all shifts
- Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to carry server trays up to 20lbs
- Must be able to carry up to 50lbs at any given time
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates/Licenses:
- Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.
