Role Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join our AT&C Projects and Portfolio team in Derby. In role you will be accountable for the of key projects that shape the future capability and capacity of AT&C at a time where we are growing the business to meet our future demand. Additionally you will provide support to the Programme Executive to ensure the whole portfolio of Major Projects and committed deliverables are executed flawlessly and in line with best practise.
This is a key management role within the AT&C MBU with great visibility among the Civil Manufacturing Operations leadership team and the wider organisation.
We are looking for a high calibre individual that has a diverse range of experiences can bring new thinking and personifies the company behaviours. Individuals are encouraged to apply who possess strong leadership characteristics high energy and drive good influencing skills and a track record of delivery. Experience in Infrastructure or other significant capital expenditure projects as well as core PM competencies (Risk Cost / Budget P6 would be advantageous but not essential.
