Position Summary: The Program Administrator position is responsible for supporting intake eligibility determination and interdepartmental linkages of all of Single Family Preservation (SFP)s lines of business including homerepair loan and grant programs as well as property rehab projects across multiple markets.
This role requires experience in program development and implementation in the home repair and rehabilitation sectors as it will work closely with Intake Specialist and SFP department managers to coordinate programmatic and construction activities in order to create seamless client experience.
Effective Program Administrators will split time between client facing and internal activities as well as operate comfortably across multiple programs that have different workflows and processes.

The rate of pay for this position is $62500 $65000 per year commensurate with experience (Yearly; FLSA Exempt).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Interface with applicants CHN staff and stakeholders on a consistent basis
  • Support Intake specialist with unique client eligibility determinations and escalate decisions to appropriate SFP staff as needed
  • Ensure extra departmental workflow linkages with CHN Housing Capital and complimentary repair services such as Lead and Energy services.
  • Request and analyze eligibility documents to ensure completion accuracy and compliance with program rules and policies.
  • Ensure application intake review processing and file close out meet applicable program parameters
  • Utilize Salesforce and construction management software/applications to enter track and report components in order to efficiently manage projects/programs
  • Create and maintain schedules and track open issues. Present status to customers and internally
  • Assist SFP managers to ensure project and program goals are achieved by appropriately tracking and reporting data within Salesforce
  • Assist SFP managers with recommendations for process improvement and Salesforce enhancements affecting all SFP lines of business
  • Directly interface with Construction Operations to resolve coordination and productivity challenges. Anticipate and resolve disruptive issues prior to timeline or budgetary issues arising
  • Staff project checkin meetings to ensure projects are on track
  • Identify and make recommendations to resolve issues and problems while managing change within the department
  • Work within a team developing a shared knowledgebase and tools to professionally and effectively interface with program applicants and oversee projects through completion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to show and manage the overall customer strategy and key objectives for products to ensure alignment with customer and business needs
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
Education:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Experience:
  • Minimally 35 years of experience in program development and implementation ideally in construction real estate development or public administration
  • Working knowledge of home repair and acquisition rehabilitation processes lowincome housing programs and funding sources
  • Experience with program and/or project management
  • Ability to serve a diverse population

  • Ability to develop expertise in Salesforce CRM and construction management software
Preferred:
  • Salesforce or construction management software experience
  • Title/lending experience a plus
Other:
  • Must have valid drivers license current automobile insurance and access to a car.
  • This position requires travel to all areas of Cleveland as well as infrequent trips to locations within a threehour drive of Cleveland.
