Job Description
Harry Pepper is seeking a Administrative Assistant for our location in Martin County Florida.
Duties:
- Process invoices
- Code invoices
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Track delivery tickets
- Prepare time sheets for weekly payroll
- Submit all time to payroll department
- Enter daily reports
- General office duties; including filing answering phones
- Clerical duties for the QC department
- Various duties as requested by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of three 3 years AP experience a plus
- Cost coding experience to include job costing
- Strong computer skills required
- Knowledge of accounts payable
- Prior construction office experience a plus
