Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Our Spa Manager will execute the daytoday operations of a high volume spa along with specific assigned responsibilities.A more extensive list of the responsibilities is as follows:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
- Learn about our products and services for effective clear communication
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll scheduling inventory ordering and reporting
- Uphold store cleanliness standards in the entire spa
- Oversee training of staff
- Create and aid in implementation of sales goals for staff.
- Oversee implementation of corporate protocols.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A passion for people and sales
- High level of enthusiasm
- Capability to work flexible hours specifically nights weekends (Sundays) and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A fast learner with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
- Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus
- Exceptional with organizing and prioritizing; attention to detail and multi tasking
- Critical thinking skills including customer conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with disciplining
